josedenoche An eerie symphony dedicated to one of the most prominent musical figures of the late Soviet era. A maelstrom of discordant nightmares were the drunkard is trapped in the most haunting scenarios of his deceitful psyche with ghastly piano whispers evoking those unnerving ghost of dreadful time, that takes us to the graveyard of our engulfed life. Let the hallowed choirs sing their haunting crescendo, Effluvium has gave its listeners a homage worthy of its name in one musical masterpiece. 🎹 Favorite track: To Life Not Getting Any Better.

Kaptain Carbon I do not think Effuvium ever intended to make dungeon synth but got caught running around with contemporary classical and noise music to really care what time curfew was. Symphony #1 is dedicated to Dimitri Shostakovich with a quote the feels lik it is attributed to the Russian pianist but is another false flag in a theater of odd red herrings. Walking a line of experimental and apocalyptic sounds, Effluvium makes music much in the same way people wake up from night terrors. Favorite track: Let Us Drink.
